2018 Gala Dinner and AGM

Dear SOTO Member

The Board of SOTO Europe would like to invite all members and student members to the Annual General Meeting and Gala Dinner, to be held on Saturday 24th February 2018.

Annual General Meeting

Our 2018 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Marriott Heathrow/Windsor Hotel (Ditton Road) on Saturday 24th February 2018 during lunch in the hotel restaurant (from 12.30pm until 2pm).  If you would like to come but are not attending the seminars, you are welcome to join us for lunch, please just let me know in advance.

All board positions must be re-elected on an annual basis.  If you are interested in getting involved with the running of the organisation or would like to nominate a SOTO Europe member for a board position, please contact one of our board members via our website contacts page.

Gala Dinner

The Board of SOTO Europe would like to invite all SOTO Europe members and student members to the Annual Gala Dinner, which will start at 8pm (seated from 7.45pm) and will be held in the Buckingham Suite at the Heathrow/Windsor Marriott Hotel.

The dinner is FREE to all those attending seminars in 2018 and all other SOTO Europe members.  If you would like to bring a non-member guest, the price of the ticket is £35.  Dress code is smart, so lounge suites and cocktail dresses are encouraged!

The Suite has its own private bar, however drinks are not included.

So whether you are a long-standing member, or have just attended your first SOT seminar, we would be delighted to see you there.

Deadline for menu choices – Friday 16th February 2018.  Bookings or changes to menu choices will NOT be taken after this date or during the weekend of the seminars. No exceptions.
