Our Mission Statement
Sacro Occipital Technique Organisation Europe (SOTO-E) is a non-profit organisation formed in 1986. We provide postgraduate education in Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) for chiropractors, which originated from the work of Dr M.B. DeJarnette.
SOT is an holistic method of chiropractic utilising a specific indicator based protocol for the assessment and correction of pelvic, spinal, cranial, visceral and extremity dysfunction. SOTO-E offers the chiropractor a structured career progression leading to postgraduate qualifications in SOT and Craniopathy (cranial chiropractic). SOTO-E is focused on developing close ties with its international partner organisations to further the development of SOT and it's evidence base.
