Welcome to Sacro Occipital Technique Organisation - Europe. SOTO Europe is a non profit organisation dedicated to promoting the awareness and utilisation of Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) and to developing the postgraduate education of chiropractors.

SOT is a system of chiropractic originally developed by Dr Major DeJarnette. It is probably best known for cranial work but also involves detailed analysis and corrections for the pelvis, extremities and the visceral system.

SOTO Europe has developed a modular system for the post graduate education of chiropractors to enable a logical and systematic approach to the gaining of knowledge. These modules are constantly updated and new modules added as SOT develops.

SOT allows the chiropractor to greatly enhance their scope of practice to tackle a wider variety of health issues from colic in babies to irritable bowel syndrome or trigeminal neuralgia in adults.

SOT also offers a method of chiropractic diagnosis as well as treatment protocols that dovetail in easily with other chiropractic techniques.
